Terms of Use
Here is the short version, because nobody reads the long one cold. waldnexo is a free, English-language review index of the world's luxury hotel-and-casino resorts. We write opinions, not instructions. We do not take your booking, hold your money or run any account on your behalf. You must be 18 or over to use the site. Verify every rate, house rule and age limit with the resort before you commit to anything. Read the operator's own terms when you arrive there, because theirs govern your stay, not ours. That is the gist; the sections below fill in the corners.
Who we are, and what this site actually is
waldnexo is an independent editorial desk that visits, scores and writes up high-end hotel-and-casino resorts around the world. The registered office of Waldnexo Media LLC is at 3773 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 500, Las Vegas, NV 89169, and you can always reach a real person at [email protected]. We are a guide, nothing more — a place to read before you decide. Everything you find here is opinion and editorial judgement, built from our own stays and the public record. It reflects how a property struck our writers on the days they were there, which is not the same thing as a guarantee of how it will strike you.
Because of that, please do not treat anything on waldnexo as professional, legal, financial or travel advice. We are reviewers, not your accountant, your lawyer or your travel agent. A glowing write-up is not a recommendation to spend money you should not spend, and a critical one is not a prohibition. Use our work the way you would use a trusted friend's recommendation: as one informed view among several, to be weighed against your own circumstances and your own research.
Details change, so verify before you book
The resorts we cover are living businesses. Nightly rates move with the season, suites get renovated, restaurants change hands, house rules are tightened or relaxed, and minimum-age policies are revised without anyone telling us. We re-check our reviews as often as we reasonably can, but there will always be a gap between what was true on our visit and what is true on the day you read it. The operator's current information always wins over ours.
So before you commit to a stay, confirm the things that matter directly with the property: the current price, the cancellation policy, the dress code, the deposit terms, and above all the age requirement to enter the gaming floor. We publish in good faith and correct mistakes when we spot them, but we cannot promise that every figure on every page is current at the precise moment you look at it. A two-minute check on the operator's official site protects you from any drift in our reviews.
How you may use waldnexo
You are welcome to read, link to and quote us in moderation, with credit. What you may not do is treat the site as raw material to be harvested or resold. In particular:
- No scraping, crawling or automated extraction of our pages, reviews, images or data at scale.
- No republishing our reviews, ratings or photography, in whole or in substantial part, without our written permission.
- No passing our editorial work off as your own, or feeding it wholesale into a product that competes with ours.
- No attempt to break, overload, probe or interfere with the site, its security or anyone else's use of it.
- No use of waldnexo for anything unlawful, or anything that would put us on the wrong side of the law ourselves.
A short, attributed quotation with a link back is fair game, and frankly we are flattered by it. Lifting a whole review is not. If you would like to license or syndicate our content properly, get in touch through the contact page and we will talk.
What belongs to us
The words, the reviews, the scoring, the photographs, the page design, the waldnexo name and the look and feel of the site are our intellectual property, or used by us under licence. Reading the site does not transfer any of that to you. You get a personal, non-exclusive, revocable permission to view the pages for your own use and to share ordinary links to them — and that is the full extent of what is granted. Everything not expressly permitted here is reserved. Trademarks and brand names belonging to the resorts we cover remain the property of those resorts; we mention them for identification and review, which is exactly what a review index is for.
How we earn, in one sentence
waldnexo is free because some resorts pay us a small commission when a reader we sent goes on to book with them, and that fee never changes a review score. That is the whole arrangement, but it deserves more than one sentence, which is why it has its own page. If you want the full mechanics — what a tracked link does, what your click pays for, and why our writers do not know who pays us — read the affiliate disclosure. We would genuinely rather you understood it than skipped it.
Other people's sites, other people's rules
The moment you tap a “Check Availability” link, you leave waldnexo and arrive on a resort's own website. We do not run those sites, we do not control them, and we cannot vouch for everything that happens once you are there. Their terms, privacy practices and booking conditions apply to your stay, not ours. The same goes for any other third-party link we include — a regulator, a helpline, a news source we cite. We point you towards them because they are useful, but each one is operated by someone else and governed by their own rules. Read those rules where they live. If an outbound link ever breaks or sends you somewhere unexpected, tell us and we will fix it.
Strictly for adults
This is an 18+ site about gambling venues, and we mean it. By using waldnexo you confirm you are at least eighteen years old and that it is lawful for you to read about and visit gaming establishments where you live and where you intend to travel. If you are under eighteen, you should not be here. Wagering carries real financial risk and should only ever be entertainment you can comfortably afford to lose. If the fun has stopped being fun, our Responsible Gaming guidance lists the helplines worth calling, and there is no shame in calling them.
The site is offered “as is”
We work hard to keep waldnexo accurate, available and pleasant to use, but we offer it “as is” and “as available”, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of every inaccuracy, nor that any particular resort will match our description of it on the day you arrive. Reviews are subjective by nature; reasonable people, and reasonable palates, will disagree with us, and that is the point of an honest opinion rather than a flaw in it.
Where our responsibility ends
To the maximum extent permitted by law, waldnexo, its writers and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything we publish — including a disappointing stay, an out-of-date rate, a closed restaurant, or a decision you made after reading us. We are a review index, and the responsibility for a booking, a budget and a night out sits with you and with the operator who took your money, not with the people who wrote the recommendation. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
A small ask in return
If your use of the site — breaking these terms, scraping us, republishing our work, or doing something unlawful through us — lands waldnexo with a claim, a cost or a legal headache, you agree to cover the reasonable, direct consequences of that. We keep this clause light on purpose, because we are not in the business of chasing readers. It exists for the rare bad actor, not for the ordinary person reading a review over coffee.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, where our editorial office sits, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled by a friendly email goes to the courts of that state. None of this affects mandatory consumer-protection rights you may hold where you live; where the law gives you a right that cannot be waived, that right stands regardless of what this page says.
When these terms change
We will update this page when the way the site works changes, and the date at the top always reflects the most recent revision. We do not email everyone every time we tidy a sentence, so the sensible move is to glance at the date when something important is on the line. Continuing to use waldnexo after a change means you accept the version then in force. If we ever make a change big enough to matter, we will try to flag it clearly rather than slip it past you.
Talking to us
Questions, corrections, licensing requests and complaints all go to the same friendly inbox. Write to [email protected] or use the contact page, and a person — not a script — will read it. While you are here, it is worth pairing these terms with the affiliate disclosure, which explains the money, and the privacy policy, which explains the data. Together the three describe the full deal between us, and we have tried to write all of them the way we would actually want them read.
These terms of use, together with our affiliate disclosure and privacy policy, form the agreement under which you use waldnexo. We review them whenever the site or its arrangements change, and the date above always reflects the latest revision.
