Our reviewers inspect every property anonymously and settle every bill from their own pocket. We accept no complimentary nights, no resort credits and no sponsorship from any venue we cover — so a score is earned on the floor, never bought at the front desk.
Anonymous visits
We book under ordinary names, arrive unannounced and are treated as any guest would be — no press rates, no guided tours.
Every bill, our own
Each room, dinner and chip is paid for by us. No invoice is ever sent to a resort, and no upgrade is ever requested.
No comps, no deals
We decline free stays, courtesy credits and paid placement. A resort cannot buy its way up the index.

waldnexo was founded in 2024 by a small group of hospitality veterans and gaming-floor analysts who were tired of the same blind spot in every luxury hotel guide. The classic five-star checklist measures thread counts and lobby marble, then stops — exactly where a hotel-and-casino trip gets interesting.
None of those guides tell you whether the gaming floor is well ventilated, whether the private salons are quiet enough to think, how attentive the VIP hosts are, how wide the table selection runs, or what a loyalty tier is genuinely worth once you are inside. Those are the details that decide a trip like this, and nobody was scoring them.
So we built the index we wanted to read. We visit in person, we play, we dine, and we write it all down — the grand moments and the quiet failures alike — so you can pick a resort that fits the way you actually like to travel.
Today the team still works the way it started: quietly, on the ground, with no agenda beyond getting it right. We would rather index five resorts properly than fifty from a press release, and that order of priorities has not changed since day one.
